Papoose Says He's Better Than Jay Z

This is definitely a good tactic to get people talking. In his recent interview with The New York Daily News, Papoose proclaimed to be the best rapper from New York, and said he is better than Jay Z. He also said he would release an album/mixtape every month from now on. Before i speak on this, read his words below.






"Nobody is better than me — Jay-Z, nobody. None are more lyrically inclined than me. None of them. I’m definitely the king of New York. I am the greatest out of New York. I’m going to release a body of music every month. I don’t feel like there’s no artist out there doing that." (The New York Daily News)







Pap got to understand something; it is not all about having a hot sixteen, it is about being all rounder and being able to make an actual song. It is about being versatile and not just one way with your flow on every song. I heard he switched things up on his latest mixtape (Cigar Society) and showed some growth, but I am yet to confirm that. I loved his Kendrick Lamar Response; I have been listening to him since he dropped Alphabetical Slaughter and I know he can rap his ass off...but until he drops actual album material songs, he ain't better than Jay Z to me, and he sure ain't no where near as good as Nas.
