The Machozi hit-maker Bahati aka Kevin Mbuvi has allegedly been caught red-handed with stolen music from entry-level singer and Beats Producer Kay S.
According to Gossip vlogger Edgar Obare who took to his Instagram stories to share screenshots, Bahati not only stole the tune, he had the original pulled down claiming copyright issues and Kay S is considering suing him as he had a record of Bahati begging him about details concerning copyright infringement allegations, admitting everything he had done.
On Edgar's Instagram Stories, Kay S appeared apprehensive of the megastar even though his original One Night Stand was produced over 3 years ago evidenced by resorting to leaking to Edgar's gossip Vlog instead of saying it outright possibly due to Bahati's influential punch.
According to Kay S, Bahati decided to put a copyright strike on One Night Stand the very same evening that they had a talk as a damage control tool to prevent him from making the claim first, Kay S said he was startled, waking up to a copyright infringement order that removed every trace of One Night Stand on YouTube.

DearEx now a week old has been received a lot of affirmative support from some of the musicians' famous friends the likes of Jalango, Jaguar, Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, Maina Kageni amongst many more bigwigs but as the #BahatiExposed hashtag gains track, its Banger potential maybe now uncertain.
The Singer-cum-influencer has not made any announcements towards the claim with his only social media Instagram posts being a new hairstyle with white shoulder-length Egyptian braids that some may interpret that as a distraction tool away from the scandal and a Twitter post announcing his Album launch countdown, and the white hair.

As Kay S cannot compete his 1000 followers with Bahati's 2.7 million followers, it is difficult to predict where this scandal will be heading to.
Many Kenyan music lovers have come out in support of the smaller artist.
@GambinoAkuboy @BahatiKenya the song 'Dear Ex' is not yours. @theonlyKay_S owns it. its hard how people on top always know to kick the ladder from those still climbing. Anyeways this is what happens when you blow up with nothing to back it up with.
