2020 has been a good year for the likes of Larry Madowo, Bridget Bema, Flaqo Raz, and Elsa Majimbo who have seen nothing but blessings and positive trajectories through the course of their careers and as for Bridget Bema, she ventured into comedy back in 2019 but her big break came in 2020.
Bema’s videos suddenly went viral on Tweeter and in no time she became an international act and a source of inspiration with thousands of Netizens calling her the Kenyan Emmanuella .
Recently, the young girl who happens to be comedian YY’s younger sister was sought after by one of Africa’s media giants BBC for a short feature on her life as a child comedian.
None other than her brother YY had the chance to interview her while asking about how her zeal and passion for comedy started. As usual, Bridget was confident and her rarely seen sweet, the innocent side came through the camera lens as she perfectly answered every question thrown at her.
Thousands of netizens feel that Bema is definitely a force to reckon with as she has the potential and capabilities to do great things moving forward.
As previously reported, Bridget had Kenyans on Tweeter in stitches when a new video emerged of her school shenanigans.
Like the naughty child she is, the comedienne was captured kneeling on the assembly grounds after her name appeared on every mischief list the teacher mentioned.
Every time the seemingly patient teacher called out a student who had gone against the grain, the kid’s name was there.
The popular skit was the highlight of 2020 and to date, people are still talking about it.
